Quillen re-elected to Fisher & Phillips' management committee

Partners in 16 offices of Fisher & Phillips have re-elected Roger Quillen to the firm's management committee for another three-year term. Having served as the firm's Chairman since 1999, Quillen has been on the committee since 1997. He specializes in federal appellate litigation involving issues related to employment discrimination, employee welfare benefit plans, and the Railway Labor Act. He has litigated issues arising before the National Labor Relations Board and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
