Leading Wisconsin law firm implements BigHand Digital Dictation Software

Houston law firm launches toll-free divorce hotline

Busby & Lee, Attorneys & Counselors at Law, PC, has introduced a toll-free divorce hotline to cater mainly to members of Houston's Spanish-speaking community looking for assistance with family law issues and divorce questions. The hotline will be available 24 hours per day, seven days per week, and it will provide callers with assistance regarding issues such as child support enforcement and modification. Arnstein & Lehr launches defaulted mortgage practice group

Chicago-based law firm Arnstein & Lehr, LLP, has announced the launch of a practice group to assist banks and mortgage lenders facing demands to repurchase defaulted mortgages. The group's attorneys have had more than 30 years' combined experience representing banks and companies in distressed conditions. The law firm will offer analysis of regulatory and other statutory obligations of mortgage lenders and will assist and represent acquirers of entities, including securitized pools.
