Community Association Litigation Attorney Jimerson Birr is actively seeking an experienced Community Association Litigation Attorney to join our thriving and growing law firm. Our winning candidate will help community association clients on a wide range of legal issues, including collection of dues and assessments, preparing in court for assessment collection matters, governing document amendments, covenant, and restriction violations. Requirements Our winning Community Association Litigation Attorney candidate will: * Be licensed to practice as an Attorney in the State of Florida. * Perform significant and substantive legal research, have experience drafting pleadings, conducting research and managing traditional and electronic discovery. * Effectively communicate with Courts, counsel, and clients, and actively engage in all aspects of a thriving community association practice. * Display energetic, positive, talented, and highly motivated attitude combined with strong written communication skills. * Display expertise of persuasion and negotiation, including the ability to speak to audiences and to advocate for clients. * Self-starters who can work independently or as part of a litigation team. * Confident appearing in state and federal courts in Florida * Will participate in conferences and other activities associated with running a successful line of business within our Firm. * 3 years experience working with HOA's preferred but newly licensed attorneys will also be considered.
